If you respond to a post guest survey, post reviews or comments on the site or provide other written feedback to the MISHANDE Group (“Response”), you grant the MISHANDE Group a non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the Response throughout the world in any media. You also grant the MISHANDE Group and sub licensees the right to use the name that you submit with any Response if any, in connection with the Response.
From time to time, the MISHANDE Group may conduct competitions on its website. BMI Guest Rewards Program (BGR)
The MISHANDE Group operates the Bathurst Motor Inn Guest Rewards loyalty program (“BGR Program”). The Participating Hotels use a reservation system that allows any of the Participating Hotels to view and access BGR Program member personal information on our system (for example to view past booking and transaction details for BGR Program members and confirm BGR Program member details and status). It is a condition of membership of the BGR Program that all members consent to the MISHANDE Group disclosing their personal information to all Participating Hotels listed on our website www.bathurstmotorinn.com.au, including the Participating Hotels in foreign countries listed on that website, for the purpose of providing services or undertaking activities related to the BGR Program.
